Make Up Auditions 2019
We're looking for tap fanatics ages 9 and up that want to learn, grow, and share their passion for all things tap. Find out more about the company by reading our ABOUT page and the F.A.Q. PAGE.
For your make-up audition to be considered, video must be submitted by midnight on September 1st, 2019. You will be notified by September 3rd with the results. All members are required to attend a mandatory meeting on Sunday, September 8th in the Akron area. See details and submission link below. Questions? Send us an email.

MAKE-UP AUDITION VIDEO REQUIREMENTS:
1. There is a $25 Audition fee, please PayPal cletaprep@yahoo.com (Only use the friends and family option)
2. Once your payment is received, you will get the combo videos in your email. You will need to learn the short combo, video yourself doing the dance in a well lit dance area, and then submit your video. below.
3. Begin your video with yourself on camera, stating your name, age, what you love about tap dancing and why you'd like to be a member of CTR.
4. Along with the combo, you will need to show us a 1 minute tap solo. It can be your competition solo, a section from a group dance, your own choreography, or improv. You can use a competition video clip or grab your video camera or cell phone and shoot in your studio or at home - just be sure it's clear with good lighting so we can see your face and hear your taps! We are looking at your overall performance quality, musicality, technique, and style. (If you can't combine the intro, combo and the solo into one video, go ahead and submit two video links).
5. Post your videos to YouTube or Vimeo.
6. Complete and submit the form below by midnight, September 1st, 2019.
